What does the Baby’s First Year Photo Package include?
The all-inclusive Baby’s First Year package includes:
- A pre-shoot consultation by phone, email or in-person at my Bicester photography studio. This is a chance to get to know each other, answer any questions you may have and plan your photoshoot sessions.
- A 2-3 hour weekday newborn photoshoot.
- A 90-minute weekday sitter session.
- A 90-minute weekday first birthday/cake smash session, including optional cake and decorations.
- Ten high resolution digital images of your choice, delivered via an online gallery, from each photoshoot.
- Fine Art Cotton 215gsm archival prints of those ten images, from each photoshoot.
- Alder Wood Keepsake box with matching USB to store all your prints and digital files.

How much is the Baby’s First Year Photo Package?
The Baby’s First Year Photo Package costs £1,190. This equates to a saving of over £200 compared to my standard price list.
The full amount is payable upfront if you want to give the Package as a gift, or you can opt for interest-free instalments if you’re buying it for your own family.
If you’re buying it as a gift, just get in contact with any questions you have or to confirm that you’d like to go ahead. I’ll send over an invoice for the full amount. On receipt of payment, I’ll post out the Gift Pack either to yourself or directly to the recipient. This contains a Welcome Pack full of information as well as the Alder Wood Keepsake box with matching USB, ready to fill with beautiful images over the year!

Payment Plans
You can choose between two or three interest-free instalment payments if buying the Baby’s First Year Photo Package for yourself.
If you choose two payments, the first payment of £595 is due to reserve your newborn shoot. On receipt of this payment, I’ll send out your Welcome Pack and schedule our pre-shoot consultation call.
The second payment of £595 is payable when you’re ready to book in for your child’s sitter session.
If you choose three payments, the first instalment of £395 is payable immediately to book your space on my schedule for your newborn shoot. The second instalment of £395 is due once you’ve chosen your images from your newborn shoot.
The third and final instalment of £400 is due once you’ve chosen your images from your sitter session (6-8 months’ old).

Can I make any changes or upgrades to the Baby’s First Year Photo Package?
Yes absolutely. Here are some of the upgrades that previous clients have opted for:
- Add a maternity photoshoot for £395 (giving a total cost of £1,585 which equates to a saving of over £350 compared to my standard price list). Alternatively, you can swap the newborn shoot, sitter session or first birthday/cake smash for a maternity shoot for no extra charge.
- Keep all the high resolution digitals – that’s between 20-30 images from each shoot, rather than the ten included in the Package. If you choose this upgrade, you’ll get a complimentary 6 x 4-inch Fine Art archival print for each image as well. This option is just £200 per shoot, and you can decide if you’d like to stick to the ten included images or keep them all of them once you see them, after each photoshoot.
- Upgrade to a weekend session. The Package includes weekday sessions, but if weekends are better for you, you can swap to a Saturday morning for £75 per session.
- Include a hair and makeup artist for £115 per session. I work with the excellent Kate Walker from Ruby Rouge, who will help mum look her absolute best. Please note that Kate gets booked up very quickly, so please let me know if you’d like her services on booking, so I can check her availability.

However, both the maternity and baby shoots were incredibly enjoyable.
