How it works
Collect one stamp for every grooming service booked with Bubble Bark. When you have six stamps, fill in your contact details and hand your Loyalty Card in to the Bubble Bark team. Professional Pet Photographer Sarah Plater will contact you to book your shoot within 21 days.
You’ll be able to choose from beautifully simple studio portraits or an atmospheric location shoot. Studio portraits take place on selected days at the Whitelands Farm Sports Ground Pavilion. Location shoots take place at a mutually agreed location within 15 miles of Bicester.
Afterwards, I’ll come round to your home to reveal your portraits on your TV screen, so you get to see every detail on the big screen. Of course, I hope that you’ll love all the portraits that I capture of your dog. Nevertheless, there’s no pressure to buy anything at all. Keep only what you love, from just your complimentary 8 x 6 inch print up to stunning wall art, canvas print wraps or a digital collection. Hi! I’m a portrait photographer and writer based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. I have over two decades of experience working with children, families and their pets, and I’ve co-authored two books on portrait photography, both published by Ammonite Press. The most recent of these, Mastering Portrait Photography, has been translated into Italian and German, and is available in Europe, the USA and Australia.

Bubble Bark is a purpose-built dog grooming salon based in the quiet village of Marsh Gibbon, approximately six miles outside of Bicester town centre.
Co-founders and animal lovers Sarah-Jane and Charley have created a happy haven for dogs. They strive to create a grooming experience that is as natural and stress free as possible. Bubble Bark operate at all times on a one-to-one basis, and never overbook or rush appointments, so there is no need for your beloved pooch to be kept waiting, or put in a kennel. Terms and Conditions
After each grooming service with Bubble Bark, Sarah-Jane or Charley will stamp and/or sign your Loyalty Card. If you have more than one dog that you bring in for a grooming service, you’ll get one stamp for each dog. Once all six circles are completed with a valid stamp or signature in accordance with these terms and conditions, fill in your name and contact details and hand your Loyalty Card in to the Bubble Bark team. Your data will be passed on to Sarah Plater Photography for the purposes of fulfilling your reward only, and will not be used in any other way without your prior consent. Sarah Plater Photography will contact you to book your complimentary 45-minute dog portrait shoot within 21 days. Sarah Plater Photography will make all reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange a date for your shoot. If you do not respond within 14 days, or if you are are unable to make any of the dates and times offered, or if you cancel or reschedule more than once, you will lose your complimentary shoot and print.
Loyalty Card stamps are tracked on the Bubble Bark customer database. Any Loyalty Card stamps that don’t match with the database, or that appear to be modified in any way, will be invalidated. The Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of Bubble Bark Ltd, which does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards. However, you may apply for a new Loyalty Card if yours is lost or stolen. The stamps balance at the time the card was lost or stolen will (at our sole discretion) be transferred to the new card.
Each grooming service must include a minimum spend of £15 to qualify for a service. Walk-in nail clipping treatments are not included in the offer. To qualify for a stamp, you must present your Loyalty Card at the till at the time of payment.
The Loyalty Card and stamps have no cash value and the card is not transferable: each Loyalty Card can only be used by one client. The complimentary dog portrait photography session cannot be exchanged for any other service or product or used in conjunction with any other offer. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to issue a card, withdraw a card or remove any or all participants from the Loyalty Card Scheme at any time.
Bubble Bark reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Loyalty Card scheme at any time without notice and to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where it is found the cardholder has used (or appears to have used) the card in breach of these conditions.

Your participation in the scheme indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
