Capture every milestone during Baby’s First Year, then start a new tradition with an Annual Family Photoshoot or Annual Family Film each year afterwards.
There’s three Photo Plan Subscriptions to choose from, all for one low, monthly payment of £50:
- Baby’s First Year: Nine 10-minute mini sessions, including one complimentary high resolution digital image of your choice from each session and a 24 x 24-inch Fine Art print after the ninth session.
- Annual Family Photoshoot: One full-length photoshoot including the Gold Digital Collection per year (normally £795).
- Annual Family Film: One beautiful, 3-minute family film per year (normally £795).

Baby’s First Year
Book in with me each time you have a new milestone you want to record.
We’ll schedule a session date and time and capture up to 3-5 different images.
I’ll hand-edit each image before sending you a gallery link where you can view them.
Choose your favourite one to receive it as your complimentary high resolution digital image. Add on additional images for £25 each, or keep all images on your gallery for an additional £50.
Your mini sessions could capture the following milestones: newborn, first smiles, touching toes, sat up with support, sat up unaided, standing up with support, standing unaided, first steps, first birthday.
After your ninth session with me, I’ll design a montage featuring your favourite image from each of your sessions; then, collect your 24 x 24-inch Fine Art print and display it proudly where you’ll see it every day.

Annual Family Photoshoot
After Baby’s First Year, you can switch your plan to an Annual Family Photoshoot.
I’ll spend 90 minutes with you all at my Bicester studio, including time for everyone to get changed midway and refreshments by Nespresso.
We’ll capture all the combinations – parents with baby, mum with baby, dad with baby, siblings together, and baby on their own – until we have 20-25 stunning images for you to choose from.
I’ll hand-edit each image before sending you a gallery link where you can view them set to music, download them and share them with friends and family.

Annual Family Film
After Baby’s First Year, you can switch your plan to an Annual Family Film.
Following our pre-shoot consultation, I’ll spend up to two hours with you at your home or at my Bicester studio.
We’ll capture a series of moments which could include waking up and cuddles in bed, breakfast together, playing as a family, or simply interacting and enjoying each other’s company.
I’ll edit everything into a 2-3-minute film, set to licensed music, and delivered via online download for you to treasure and enjoy for years to come.

Additional Terms & Conditions
The £50 Photo Plan subscription is subject to the below terms and conditions in addition to my standard Ts&Cs.
To participate in the Photo Plan, you will need to sign an online contract and set up Autopay via a debit or credit card through my payment provider (Stripe). Your first payment is due immediately, and subsequent payments will be automatically collected on the first day of each month.
You can change between the three options shown above (Baby’s First Year, Annual Family Photoshoot and/or Annual Family Film) over the lifetime of your subscription. For example, you could start out with Baby’s First Year, then switch to a Family Photoshoot or Family Film the following year. You cannot switch to a different option mid-year if you have already booked one or more sessions with me.
You are welcome to include one or two sibling or family poses during each Baby’s First Year mini session, however these are not included as the complimentary digital image and will need to be paid for as additional images.
The 24 x 24-inch Fine Art print includes the nine images that were chosen as your complimentary digital image from each session. If you opted to buy additional images from each mini session, you can include these instead, up to a maximum of nine included or paid-for images. The Fine Art print will be delivered to my Bicester photo studio for collection, or you can opt for delivery instead for a small additional charge.
Babies reach developmental milestones at different speeds. If you want to capture a particular milestone but your baby isn’t quite ready within the 12-month period, your Photo Plan will continue until your baby is ready, unless you choose to cancel your subscription, capture a different milestone or use a different image from a previous mini session instead.
It is your responsibility to book in each session in order to get the full value from your Photo Plan.
All sessions take place on weekdays.
The Annual Family Photoshoot can only be booked once eight or more monthly payments have been made. Eight payments is roughly equivalent to my Silver Digital Collection, which means you can choose to cancel your Photo Plan and choose five images from your Family Photoshoot to keep. Alternatively, you can continue with the Photo Plan and keep all 20-25 images once the 12th payment is made.
The Annual Family Film can only be booked once eight or more monthly payments have been made. Your film will be edited and delivered once the 12th payment is made.
Payments made are not refundable under any circumstances.
If the Photo Plan no longer fits your needs, you can cancel it by emailing [email protected].
If you cancel your subscription, you can only claim services equal to the value of the payments made so far, rounded down. For example, if you’ve made eight payments of £50, your total paid would be £400. You could then opt for a photoshoot with a Silver Digital Collection only (worth £395).
Payments made on a cancelled subscription and which total less than the value of any of my advertised products and services at the time of cancelling are not refundable.
