Family photos with Jack and Eva

Vicky got in contact with me after seeing the photos I created for her friend Josie (see them here).

By complete coincidence, Jack and Eva are exactly the same ages as Josie’s little ones, Lennox and Winslet.

In fact, when Vicky called Josie to share news of her pregnancy with Eva, she hadn’t been expecting Josie to say, “Me too!” 🙂

This means their children have lots in common.

However, Vicky told me there are some big differences, as well: Lennox is very soft and gentle, whereas Jack is more high energy and very strong-willed!

Three-year-old Jack loves absolutely anything car-related and is a huge fan of the Paw Patrol and PJ Masks series.

What he enjoys the most, though is being silly, rough-and-tumble play and throwing or kicking balls.

10-month-old Eva is the most appreciative audience for her brother’s antics. He makes her laugh more than anyone else can, and she loves it when she has his attention!

Eva is already on the move, crawling at high speed. She enjoys clapping, high fives and peekaboo.

I’m sure it won’t be much longer before she’s on her feet, zipping after her brother at high speed as they invent and play new games together

In fact, when I asked Jack what he liked most about his little sister, he told me, “She’s my best friend!”.

That’s a bond that only gets better over time, so I can’t wait to hear how close they are as they both grow up together.

Vicky and her husband Charlie were hoping for two things from our time together: a great image of the children together and a family one that they all loved.

These images will go up on the wall in the playroom, which – once decorated – will be neutral tones with a pop of colour.

That way, every time the children are in the room playing together, they’ll be reminded of how loved they are every time they look up.

And nothing could be more important than that. 🙂
